The basic version of the AD4 input module for the acquisition of dynamic measurement data has proven itself in IfTA measurement systems over many years and has been continuously developed further. Now IfTA has decided to remove the AD4 from the product portfolio and to replace it in the future by the new AD4IEPE version, which extends the switchable IEPE supply of 12 mA by the two additional stages of 4 mA and 8 mA. Without any price increase IfTA customers will get an added value. Furthermore, in the latest version of all input modules of the AD4 family, the sampling rate has doubled and is now 204.8 kHz.
