Red Dot Award for vi­bra­tion mea­sure­ment sys­tem IfTA Dy­naGo

Out of more than 6,500 sub­mit­ted prod­ucts, the por­ta­ble vi­bra­tion mea­sure­ment sys­tem IfTA Dy­naGo re­ceived the Red Dot Award for out­stand­ing prod­uct de­sign. The Red Dot Jury eval­u­ates, among other things, re­quire­ments for han­dling, user-friend­li­ness, safe­ty and main­te­nance as well as the in­no­va­tive con­tent and de­sign of the prod­ucts. As of June 22, 2020, IfTA Dy­naGo will be ex­hib­it­ed at the Red Dot De­sign Mu­se­um in Essen, Ger­many, as well as pre­sent­ed in the Red Dot On­line ex­hi­bi­tion.

With a sam­pling rate of up to 100 kHz, syn­chro­nous, and in­te­grat­ed real-time anal­y­sis (FFT) IfTA Dy­naGo of­fers all the func­tions re­quired for a pow­er­ful vi­bra­tion mea­sure­ment sys­tem. Equipped with four gal­van­i­cal­ly iso­lat­ed sig­nal in­puts, all rel­e­vant sen­sor types can be con­nect­ed di­rect­ly. In­te­grat­ed am­pli­fiers for volt­age, cur­rent, charge, IEPE, strain gauge and Kulite lead to a sim­ple and ef­fi­cient mea­sure­ment setup.

The col­lec­tion of data and the cor­re­spond­ing anal­y­sis form the basis for In­dus­try 4.0. The data re­quired de­pends on the ap­pli­ca­tion, but the goal re­mains the same: to col­lect as much valu­able in­for­ma­tion as pos­si­ble and eval­u­ate it mean­ing­ful­ly in order to im­ple­ment im­prove­ments in the process.
