Your profile

You have successfully completed a course (technical institute or university) in technical IT and were able, during the course of your period of study or in a company to gain fundamental experience in software development with the Java programming language. You have an excellent command of spoken and written German and possess good to excellent knowledge of English. Additional knowledge associated with the Eclipse development environment and the technologies of XML, network programming and databases would be desirable. You like working in a team and can work your way independently into new areas of knowledge.

Your job

In conjunction with our software development team, you will extend and maintain existing modules within our software package. Our software records, processes and analyses flows of measuring data from customers and is in use all over the world, e.g. in power stations, test rig environments and laboratories. You will design and implement software components such as user interfaces (GUIs), adapter modules for connecting our system to customer-specific environments and innovative possibilities for signal display.
The company-wide roll-out of the modern source text versioning system "Subversion" will keep your code and that of other members of the team fully up to date.
