(Univ.) in the academic disciplines of Technical kybernetics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (m/f) Your profileYou will have successfully completed a course in technical cybernetics or alternatively in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with in-depth study of control technology and you may also hold a doctorate. Additional knowledge in the fields of fluid mechanics, combustion technology and acoustics would be desirable. You are familiar with metrology and signal processing and have an excellent command of written and spoken English. You have an aptitude for learning quickly and possess above average commitment. You are also capable of teamwork, absolutely reliable, independent and work conscientiously.Your jobYour job will comprise development of control systems and algorithms for monitoring and active suppression of thermoacoustic oscillations with Matlab/Simulink and also implementation of codes in a DSP program in "C". In addition, you are responsible for setting up tests, running them and evaluating their results in our laboratory, and you also carry out plant measurements on customer sites.
